Beaufort Ellis Associates are an established, chartered quantity surveying and project management practice with 'blue chip' credentials and main offices in Swindon, Wiltshire, who recognise, through successful and detailed service to diverse clients over many years, that clients can be better served in all their construction needs by forming alliances with fellow 'proven' professionals to create teams to complete client's projects (in preference to the 'trade'), via a 'one stop shop' approach.
WHAT WE DO:
Generally our systems are best-employed on projects whose building costs are of a magnitude exceeding £0.5m (p.s.). From first client contact, BEA can resource a team, (dependent on project content and size) to best service client's whole project aspirations. Outline your early concept thoughts to one of our professionals and we will quickly form a team to advise on all the pre-contract milestones of funding, costs, programmes and permissions up to construction, then on to cost and programme control and successful completion, fit out and other specialisations.
WHERE WE OPERATE:
Worldwide is possible for the larger projects, however, our base and core business area of operation is the UK mainland.
FEES AND CHARGES:
Because clients engage a professional team to best satisfy their construction needs directly by way of a team appointment fee (called off in stages throughout the procurement period) we are able to achieve the best possible tendered/negotiated packages that the industry is capable of producing. |
