The Oxford Science Park is a unique joint venture between Magdalen College, Oxford and The Prudential Assurance Company Limited. Since development began in 1991, the Park has evolved in a dynamic and vibrant community in which knowledge-based companies of all sizes enjoy a high quality and attractive working environment. Over 250,000 sq. ft./23,000 sq.m. of business and laboratory accommodation have been completed at the 75 acre/30 hectare Park. Work on a further 400,000 sq. ft/37,000 sq m is under way.
