BEA are appointed as quantity surveyors for the 75-acre site from inception. Initially the land was half-uncontrolled tip and half farmland with 'archaeological interest'; the geological make up of the area ranged from good sand to peat, bog and alluvium. BEA masterminded a phased, cunning master plan to save time, effort and substantial amounts of money by so detailing the primary earthmoving and contractual operations to eliminate material going off site and being brought to site, much to the advantage of our client and the relief of surrounding residents.
