MASTER PLANNING, CIVIL ENGINEERING INFRASTRUCTURE LANDSCAPING DESIGN AND PLOT FORMING.
Master planning of project objectives, outline/detailed planning paths identified, chosen and achieved; on larger projects engineering plots and infrastructure to master plan concepts (over time) organising all the works to the appropriate cost and programme constraints via correct concept choices.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT; QUANTITY SURVEYING; COST MANAGEMENT; & CDMc ADVISOR ROLES.
Cost efficient Project Management will ensure that all Client targets from inception through to completion are met whilst our construction cost management divisions (Quantity Surveying & CDMc) will supply competent professionals and detailed systems to procure, programme and cost control the construction content of each project in a ‘safety’ framework.
